Office manager
Daniel has been with Style since November 1997 so has a wealth of experience and knowledge for our industry. Daniel helps run the Brandon office and is in charge of the ordering.
Installations manager
Scott has been working with Style since 2020 but has been fitting for over 30 years. Scott is in charge of the installation side of the business and his job involves managing the customer jobs and installation teams to ensure work is completed on time and to a high quality standard. In his spare time Scott coaches children and adults football which he has been doing for over 25Â years.
Operations manager
John has been with Style for as surveyor and sales advisor for over 20 years. John’s recent new role in the company is to oversee the whole business operation from sales team through to customer job completion to ensure the company runs smoothly and efficiently.
Sales manager
Martin joined Style in 1989. Before that, he spent 15yrs in the building trade.
Martin’s City & Guilds in construction qualification has given him a good understanding of what is needed to help customers make the best decision in conservatory & window design for their homes. He also enjoys giving good advice on where to buy the best pasties when visiting his home county of Cornwall and tasting them for himself!
Servicing manager
Lisa’s role is to manage the service calls. Lisa was born and grew up on the beautiful Island of Guernsey. After leaving school Lisa took up employment with Lloyds bank where she worked as a cashier and customer services advisor for thirteen years. Lisa then moved to Suffolk where she married, had two further children and worked for her husband’s manufacturing business. Lisa joined Style Windows as an administration assistant in November 2022. In her spare time Lisa enjoys walking the family dog, cooking and looking after her home & garden.
Servicing technician
Duncan has been with Style since 2010. Duncan’s role is to attend customer service calls to fix any issues they may have reported. Duncan is very popular with our customers due to his friendly and helpful nature.
Sales advisor
Justin has spent the past 30 years in the architectural glazing industry in various roles with varying levels of responsibility.
Justin may be one of our newest sales advisors, but he brings fresh insights, dedication and enthusiasm to the team. Justin’s aim is to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Justin lives in Feltwell and in his spare time, likes to spend time with his family and friends. He is a passionate golfer and Ipswich Town football club supporter (we don’t hold that against him). He also has a dog called Isla who he adores and loves to take her on long walks and runs in the forests that surround Feltwell.

Sales advisor
Richard has been with Style since 2007 so brings wealth of experience to the sales team. In his spare time Richard is a Master instructor in traditional martial arts. Richard still loves looking after his customers from the initial meeting to the end of the installation and beyond.
Sales advisor
Jim has been with Style for over 30 years and is one of our most experienced team members. Jim’s wealth of experience started initially as a builder and then into Sales ensures that he has wealth of knowledge with regards to understanding what a customer needs to make sure their project works. Jim can normally be found manning the Brandon showroom at weekends.
Sales advisor
Chris joined Style in October 2025. Chris had previously been in sales within the motor trade since he left school so brings a wealth of sales experience to the sales team. Chris can usually be found on Bury St Edmunds market on Wednesday and Saturdays so feel free to drop by to see him for any home project advice.
Sales advisor
Gavin joined Style in January 2026. Gavin brings a wealth of experience as he has worked within our industry as a sales advisor for other Window companies for many years. Gavin can be found on Diss market every Friday.
Fitter
Leon has been working for Style since 2015 and is highly rated and meticulous with his work and detail to finishing.
